To compete with the growth of fashion shopping platforms in the online fashion market, general shopping platforms have begun to expand their product categories to include fashion items. This research examines the characteristics that influence consumers’ trust in each of these platforms and their intention to reuse them. Applying the concept of platforms, this study also distinguishes between general shopping platforms and fashion shopping platforms and compares their characteristics. This study surveyed 788 consumers in their 20s and 30s with experience in using general shopping platforms or fashion shopping platforms (389 and 399 respondents, respectively). SPSS was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, and cross-tabulations, and AMOS was used to conduct confirmatory factor analyses and structural equation analyses. The results were as follows: platform reputation, shopping convenience, and interactivity all influenced consumer trust. For fashion shopping platforms, the product quality factor significantly improved consumer trust. However, for general shopping platforms, the product quality factor only influenced reuse intentions to reuse and did not contribute to improving trust. Platform reputation and information offering have influenced reuse intentions for both shopping platforms. Regardless of the type of shopping platform, platform reputation has influenced reuse intentions and consumer trust, and platform esthetics didn’t have affect consumer trust and consumers’ reuse intentions. Consumer trust influenced the intention to reuse on both platforms.

Recently, the importance of preventive maintenance has been emerging since failures in a complex system are automatically detected due to the development of artificial intelligence techniques and sensor technology. Therefore, prognostic and health management (PHM) is being actively studied, and prediction of the remaining useful life (RUL) of the system is being one of the most important tasks. A lot of researches has been conducted to predict the RUL. Deep learning models have been developed to improve prediction performance, but studies on identifying the importance of features are not carried out. It is very meaningful to extract and interpret features that affect failures while improving the predictive accuracy of RUL is important. In this paper, a total of six popular deep learning models were employed to predict the RUL, and identified important variables for each model through SHAP (Shapley Additive explanations) that one of the explainable artificial intelligence (XAI). Moreover, the fluctuations and trends of prediction performance according to the number of variables were identified. This paper can suggest the possibility of explainability of various deep learning models, and the application of XAI can be demonstrated. Also, through this proposed method, it is expected that the possibility of utilizing SHAP as a feature selection method.

The present study was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of threeextracts (hot water, 50% ethanol and mixed solvent;water, ethanol, butylene glycol, propylene glycol) of dried chestnut, chestnut shell, chestnut leaves and dried chestnut leaves obtained from Castanea crenata tree. When conducted DPPH assay, radical scavenging activity of ethanol extract of chestnut shell was the highest with IC50 10.8㎍/mL among four extractsfrom these parts (p<0.05). In additional results by the xanthine oxidase assay, antioxidant activity showed that waterextract of chestnut leaves showed the highest xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity in the tested extracts (p<0.05). Futher-more, extracts of chestnut shell and leaves exhibited no cytotoxicity in RAW 264.7 cells (p<0.05). Also, anti-inflammatoryactivity by NO assay showed LPS-induced NO was significantly inhibited following treatment with extracts of chestnut shelland leaves of 3㎎/mL (p<0.05). These data suggest that extract of chestnut shell have antioxidant and anti-inflamantoryactivity including chestnut leaves. Therefore, it is considered that Castanea crenata research range and selection of functionalmaterial can broaden chestnut shell to other fractions such as chestnut and chestnut leaves.

Manganese () is a trace element that is essential for normal physiology, and is predominantly obtained from food. Several lines of evidence, however, demonstrated that overexposure to exerts serious neurotoxicity, immunotoxicity and developmental toxicity, particularly in male. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of 0, 1.0, 3.3, and 10 mg/kg/day doses of on the reproductive organs in the immature female rats. Rats (PND 22; S.D. strain) were exposed to () dissolved in drinking water for 2 weeks. The animals were sacrificed on PND 35, then the tissues were immediately removed and weighed. Histological studies were performed using the uteri tissue samples. Serum LH and FSH levels were measured with the specific ELISA kits. Body weights of the experimental group animals were not significantly different from those of control group animals. However, ovarian tissue weights in 1 mg and 3.3 mg dose groups were significantly lower than those of control animals (p<0.05 and p<0.01, respectively). Uterine tissue weights of 3.3 mg dose groups were significantly lower than those of control animals (p<0.01), while the 1 mg dose and 10 mg dose failed to induce any change in uterine weight. Similarly, only 3.3 mg dose could induce the significant decrease in the oviduct weight compared to the control group (p<0.05). Non-reproductive tissues such as adrenal and kidney failed to respond to all doses of exposure. The uterine histology revealed that the exposure could affect the myometrial cell proliferation particularly in 3.3 mg dose and 10mg dose group. Serum FSH levels were significantly decreased in 1mg dose and 10 mg groups (p<0.05 and p<0.01, respectively). In contrast, treatment with 1 mg dose induced a significant increment of serum LH level (p<0.05). The present study demonstrated that exposure is capable of inducing abnormal development of reproductive tissues, at least to some extent, and altered gonadotropin secretions in immature female rats. Combined with the well-defined actions of this metal on GnRH and prolactin secretion, one can suggest the might be a potential environmental mediator which is involved in the female pubertal process.
