        The seismic separation joint is an important device that absorbs vibration displacement from earthquake shock and protects fire extinguishing pipes and various utility pipes. In this study, the mechanical behavior occurring in U-typed and V-typed seismic separation joint was analyzed according to the length of the bellows, the length of the elbow straight pipe, and the open angle. As a result, as the length of the bellows increased, the stress and natural frequency decreased. In addition, as the length of the elbow straight pipe increased, the stress tended to decrease in the case of forced displacement in the vertical direction. As the open angle increased, the stress in the case of forced displacement in the left and right directions increased.

        In this study, factors analysis is performed for reducing friction in elevation motion of a large television stand over 50-inch. The first is a pipe type cross-section control for accurate position control of the piston rod. Here it was compared with the pipe type and labyrinth type orifice cross-section. The second study is for specification decision and volume compensation experiment as an apparatus for compensating of the volume of the cylinder is compressed as the volume of piston rod. Consequently, in the orifice cross section study between pipe type and labyrinth type through CAE and experimental consideration, cross section of labyrinth type orifice is preferred for reducing of friction. The result of total consideration in stability problem and performance of volume compensation for specification decision and volume compensation experiment is determined the final speculation of hollow rod φ8×φ4 and riveting system.

        In this study, factors analysis is performed for reducing friction in elevation motion of a large television stand over 50-inch. The first is a pipe type cross-section control for accurate position control of the piston rod. Here, it was compared with the pipe type and labyrinth type orifice cross-section. The second study attempted to reduce the frictional force the gas seal lip technology. As the result of the first study, in the orifice cross section study between pipe type and labyrinth type through CAE and experimental consideration, cross section of labyrinth type orifice is preferred for reducing of friction. As the result of the second study, in the gas seal lip technology, the outer-inner diameter of φ20×φ8 in the test result of hollow rod is revealed more proper if the weight of 50 inch television assumed as 30kgf.

        The present study is the development of recyclable micro pale expansion drilling bit. The domestic market will gradually be suppressed by the new developed ring one in the use of ring bit(non-recyclable) in this business. Existing casing drilling and insertion method is applied by order of the casing inserted after drilling, which has the disadvantage that a long construction time, device costs and labor consuming. When the steel pipe multi-bit-only expansion drilling is developed, enterprise sales and employment effects can occur. If the performance of the developed products through the product equal to or superior to the domestic component parts are developed proprietary technology acquisition and cost savings, as well as the construction period of about 30%, and the expected reduction of 70% in material costs are expected.

        ㅊBy controlling the piston speed of the gas spring applying to the digital television stand application of the gas spring, a user can operate the elevation when the gas spring is working under long stroke(200~300 mm, the TV elevation displacement). According to stroke, by some devices with the problem rising from between the difference of external forces, the emotional quality in television elevational function is realized. The piston speed control technique is investigated to perform this experiment piston flow analysis and flow rate control for precise tubular cross section and propose a piston structure for elevation action. This study is for the development of the gas spring of the large size television stand with 50 inch over. In the gas spring development of elevation working, a device to compensate for the volume of the cylinder is generated as much the volume of the piston rod. As this study result, at the development of working gas spring, the hollow shaft is more favorable than the solid one in the apparatus to compensate for the cylinder volume generated.

        This study proposes automation measures of anti-collision detection within EMS(Electrical Mono Rail System). EMS is a full automation transport equipment mainly used in production process, such as car manufacturing planets, electronic factories and food processing plants among manufactures. This research paper presents a plan for creating a smart EMS and overcoming an weakness of EMS. The mechanical strength and durability are ensured in the expected major collision region by performing a CAE analysis. Automated equipment has to respond to a sudden accident which is based on the self-image recording function and wireless transmission function. This equipment will record a sudden crash course in real time and record it. This record eventually becomes known to distant places with users. Because of this equipment, the unexpected accident is prevented and is reduced a human damage and is expected to improve productivity. Therefore, this research results are as follows. The first, the full automated conveyor controller is developed within from 3 to 4 millimeter stop range according to increase of load weight in 1.5 tons. The second, wireless image recording system for the measures of unexpected accident is developed through the CAE analysis of main parts for the exact stop control. The most important final purpose of this research is developed the wireless image recording system for the unexpected accident.

        미세 위치제어를 위한 미세 산업용 로봇의 작업물의 정도 보정을 위해 마이크로 조정기가 고안되었다. 피에조전기 엑추에이터를 이용한 능동 메커니즘을 증폭시키기 위한 메커니즘 설계는 위상 최적설계와 형상 최적설계의 진일보를 위해서 기하학적으로 구조적으로 둘 다 필요하다. 메커니즘의 총괄적인 기하학적 장점과 기계적 효율이 객관적성능으로서 고려되었으며, 이는 입력의 힘분에 출력의 변위, 지지발의 수직 운동과 조정기의 구조 강성의 각각의 비이다. 이들 목적함수를 최대화하기 위하여, 순차 선형 프로그램최적 기준법이 위상 재료 분포, 능동 구조물과 굽힘힌지의 기하학적 차원을 위해 사용되었다. 이 연구는 메커니즘의 능동성을 최대화 할 뿐 아니라, 위치도의 정확도와 충분한 작업공간을 보장하는 종합적 설계 공정을 보여준다. 실험은 역학적, 구조적 성능의 비교를 통해 설계공정을 유효화하기 위해 시행되었다

        반도체 직접회로 패키지에서, 실리콘 칩의 탑 표면은 양면 리드 프레임 영역에서 바로 붙게 된다. 여기서, 양면이란 베이스 층에 상위 접착층과 하위 접착층으로 되어 있음을 말한다. IC 패키지 구조는 탈 라미네이트 화와 같이 열-기계적 파손 모드로 나타나게 된다고 알려져 왔다. 이 파손 모드의 원인은 실리콘 칩 접착면의 잔류응력 과 냉간 숙성 공정 내에 리드 프레임으로 인해 일어난다. 숙성 공정 내 유도된 열응력은 실리콘 칩과 리드 프레임위에 냉간 잔류 응력에 영향을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 칩 표면 손상의 최소화를 위해서, 실리콘 칩 위에 접착 위상 최적화 방법들이 유한 요소 해석(Finite Element Analysis)을 통해 연구되었다
